- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Shopee platforms
- Optimize campaigns to maximize GMV, ROAS, and conversion rates through data-driven decision making
- Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising initiatives with product launches and promotions
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring cost-effective media allocation
- Generate detailed performance reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Stay current with platform algorithm changes and emerging advertising technologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field with 3+ years digital advertising experience
- Proven expertise managing paid campaigns on TikTok, Meta Ads Manager, and Shopee Ads
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data using tools like Google Analytics
- Experience developing GMV and ROAS-focused strategies for e-commerce or CPG brands
- Proficient in A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
