You will analyze performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and implement strategies to maximize conversion rates across various advertising platforms.

You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital advertising, from campaign setup and keyword research to bid management and creative optimization. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to achieve KPI targets.
  • Analyze campaign performance data daily to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad copy, headlines, and creative assets to optimize engagement and click-through rates.
  • Monitor and optimize daily budget allocation to ensure cost-efficiency and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual assets and landing pages.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders and management.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising, PPC, or SEM.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Self-motivated individual with a proactive attitude towards learning and development.
