- Analyze the performance of digital advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
- Develop and implement data-driven recommendations to improve campaign efficiency, effectiveness, and ROI.
- Monitor daily campaign performance, budget pacing, and key metrics to ensure targets are met and proactively address any issues.
- Collaborate with account managers and client teams to understand business goals and align advertising strategies accordingly.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Assist in troubleshooting campaign issues, ad disapprovals, and tracking discrepancies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and reporting methodologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in digital advertising, with hands-on experience in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and SEM (Search Engine Marketing).
- Proficiency in major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and potentially others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings clearly and concisely.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) for data manipulation and reporting.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
