- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and emerging channels
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS) to refine strategies and maximize ROI
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends
- Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages aligned with brand guidelines and audience preferences
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently while ensuring cost-effectiveness and performance targets
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad assets
- Generate comprehensive performance reports and data-driven recommendations for stakeholders
- Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising campaign management
- Proven proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and programmatic advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights
