Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the daily operations of digital sales channels and e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and analyze digital business performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve product visibility and customer engagement online.
- Manage customer inquiries across digital touchpoints to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Support the coordination of digital promotional campaigns and social media content scheduling.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to business development and vendor coordination.
- Contribute fresh ideas to optimize existing internal business processes and workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital commerce, consumer behavior, and the creative industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic Google Workspace tools.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Fast learner with a proactive attitude toward solving problems.
- Available for a full-time internship duration (minimum 3-6 months).
- Based in or able to commute to Bandung.
