Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the daily operational management of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with business goals.
- Develop comprehensive campaign strategies and detailed specifications, including creative briefs and channel selection.
- Analyze campaign performance data (KPIs, ROI, CAC) to optimize future marketing efforts and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teamsâincluding design, product, and salesâto ensure cohesive messaging and effective cross-channel integration.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently, monitoring spend against forecasts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Identify emerging digital trends and opportunities to keep Eraya at the forefront of the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role.
- Proven track record of managing successful multi-channel campaigns in the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and convert it into strategic decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, HubSpot) and CRM systems.
