As a Digital Campaign Manager, you will orchestrate marketing campaigns that seamlessly bridge online and offline channels, ensuring a unified customer experience. You will manage media budgets, analyze performance data, and work closely with creative, merchandising, and retail operations teams.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEM, SEO, Display, Social, Email) to drive traffic and sales for Guardian's e-commerce platform.
- Manage and grow Guardian's omnichannel presence, ensuring alignment between online promotions, offline retail marketing, and customer communications.
- Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.) to track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Buying, Merchandising, Creative, Retail Ops) to create integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Oversee marketing budget allocation and spend for digital channels, ensuring optimal ROI.
- Lead A/B testing and experimentation programs for landing pages, ads, and email campaigns to maximize conversion rates.
- Manage agency partners and external vendors to ensure flawless execution of digital strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment. Experience in retail or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of managing successful PPC, SEO, and social media advertising campaigns.
- Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Mailchimp, Klaviyo) is a plus.
