As a key member of our Digital Campaigns Chapter, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid search platforms.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align campaign objectives with global brand guidelines and local market requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from brief development and asset coordination to deployment and performance reporting.
- Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and rigorous data analysis.
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with data privacy regulations and Roche’s quality standards.
- Maintain project timelines and ensure stakeholders are updated on campaign milestones and key deliverables.
- Coordinate with creative agencies and internal content teams to produce high-quality digital assets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or campaign management, preferably within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Adobe Campaign).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics, CRM, and social media insight tools.
- Experience in managing paid media budgets and optimizing ROI across digital channels.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a matrix, global organization.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
