Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the company’s TikTok Shop and other designated digital commerce platforms to ensure high visibility and sales conversion.
- Create and edit high-quality, engaging video content, including short-form videos and live streams, that align with current social media trends.
- Develop and execute monthly content calendars that drive traffic and engagement across all social channels.
- Analyze performance metrics, including views, engagement rates, and conversion rates, to optimize future campaigns and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative and product teams to ensure accurate product descriptions and visual assets are used across all digital touchpoints.
- Monitor competitor activities and emerging trends in the digital commerce space to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
- Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster customer loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, or Digital Content Creation.
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, algorithms, and best practices for driving sales.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and basic graphic design software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
