Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, film, and edit high-quality video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative campaign concepts that align with brand identity.
- Manage end-to-end content production workflows, from storyboarding and scriptwriting to post-production and final delivery.
- Analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance and improve engagement rates.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with influencers and talent for brand collaborations and content shoots.
- Ensure all produced content adheres to brand guidelines and quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Multimedia Design, Film, or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent creative writing and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual detail.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
