In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between creative design and technical execution, ensuring our digital assets are not only visually compelling but also optimized for search engines and user engagement.
As an Assistant Manager within our team, you will take ownership of UI/UX management, ensuring seamless navigation and user-centric designs that elevate the customer journey. You will also spearhead SEO strategies and provide critical technical support to enhance website performance. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that boost organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the strategy and execution of web content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and SEO best practices.
- Manage UI/UX design projects, conducting user research and usability testing to optimize site performance.
- Monitor and analyze web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics) to identify trends, track KPIs, and propose data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve website bugs and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.
- Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headings, alt text, and images) to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
- Create and manage comprehensive content calendars to ensure timely delivery of digital assets.
- Conduct regular technical audits of the website to ensure compliance with accessibility standards and performance benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital content management, SEO, or web analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web development principles.
- Proven track record of improving organic search visibility and driving website traffic growth.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a contract-based role.
