Tanggung Jawab
- Design visually engaging digital assets including social media graphics, web banners, and email templates
- Create compelling brand collateral that maintains visual consistency across digital platforms
- Collaborate with marketing teams to translate campaign concepts into creative executions
- Develop interactive prototypes and motion graphics for digital campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing on design elements to optimize user engagement
- Stay updated on emerging design trends and industry best practices
- Present design concepts to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of professional digital design experience with portfolio
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
- Experience with Figma, Sketch, or prototyping tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent communication skills with creative problem-solving abilities
