Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
- Design and produce engaging multimedia content, including graphics, short-form videos, and promotional materials.
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and service enrollment.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and advertising tools to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or brand management.
- Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or Canva Pro.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, SEO/SEM strategies, and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent command of the English language with superior copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in utilizing Google Analytics or social media dashboard tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
