In this pivotal role, you will own our end-to-end digital marketing strategy, transforming online channels into powerful revenue engines.

You will be responsible for optimizing our full-funnel digital ecosystem—from paid acquisition and organic search to social media engagement and OTA channel management. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive end-to-end digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
- Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns including Paid Search (SEM), Paid Social, and Organic/SEO initiatives.
- Oversee OTA (Online Travel Agency) channel performance to maximize booking volume and revenue.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement and ROI optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall sales and growth targets.
- Conduct regular A/B testing and performance audits to refine funnel conversion rates.
- Stay ahead of digital marketing trends and platform algorithm updates to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or growth marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and marketing automation tools.
- Proven track record of managing paid performance budgets (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) with measurable success.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices and content strategy.
- Familiarity with OTA channel management or hospitality/B2B tech sectors is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
