Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Create data-driven campaigns using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Optimize content for SEO and user experience across web platforms and social media
- Manage PPC campaigns with continuous A/B testing for improved conversion rates
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and generate actionable insights for strategy refinement
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field
- 2+ years of proven digital marketing experience with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Proficiency in social media advertising (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets
- Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint preferred
- Excellent written communication skills for content creation
