Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and generate high-quality leads.
  • Manage and grow the social media presence across key platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create compelling, SEO-optimized content (blogs, articles, social posts, and videos) that resonates with the target audience.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other tools to drive continuous improvement and ROI.
  • Collaborate with the design and sales teams to produce cohesive marketing collateral and visual assets.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Traveller Mart at the forefront of the travel market.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid advertising campaigns (PPC) to optimize ad spend and conversion rates.

Kualifikasi

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and content marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce high-quality visual and written content.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
