- Develop, implement, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including copy, graphics, and video scripts for brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align digital activities with promotional furniture launches and events.
- Manage community engagement by responding to customer inquiries and fostering brand loyalty online.
- Perform regular keyword research and SEO audits to improve website visibility and organic search rankings.
- Maintain the brand voice and aesthetic consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or content creation (portfolio or samples of work preferred).
- Strong proficiency in social media management tools and content creation software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
- Demonstrable experience with Facebook Ads Manager and basic SEO principles.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Filipino.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines, and demonstrate a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
- Understanding of furniture retail trends and digital consumer behavior is a strong advantage.
