Are you a creative professional looking to make an impact in the digital landscape? Truelogic is seeking a motivated Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing & Communications team. In this hybrid role, you will enjoy a flexible work-life balance with a schedule of 2 days onsite in Makati City and 3 days working from home. The position operates on a dayshift from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in executing our digital strategies, managing our online presence, and engaging with our audience across various platforms. If you are passionate about content creation, social media trends, and data-driven marketing, we want to hear from you. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive and dynamic corporate environment.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist in the creation and scheduling of engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
  • Monitor and analyze key digital marketing metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency across all digital assets.
  • Manage and update the company’s website content and blog sections.
  • Assist in organizing and promoting online events or webinars.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest or experience in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic SEO principles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva).
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to adapt to a hybrid work schedule with 2 days of onsite presence.
