Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and web channels.
- Create high-quality, engaging content tailored for real estate listings, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms, including community engagement, scheduling, and responding to inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads generated through digital efforts and track the conversion funnel.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for growth.
- Maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market developments to keep our strategies competitive.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite) and email marketing platforms.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics.
- Excellent command of the English language with impeccable copywriting and editing skills.
- Basic graphic design capabilities (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are highly advantageous.
