Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute engaging social media content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to build brand awareness.
- Provide timely and professional customer support via email, chat, and social media channels to ensure high satisfaction.
- Manage e-commerce store operations, including product listings, promotions, and order inquiries.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the internal team to brainstorm creative campaigns and promotional activities.
- Handle customer feedback proactively, escalating issues where necessary to ensure swift resolution.
- Monitor industry trends to keep myFirst Tech at the forefront of the digital landscape.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Shopify).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic design skills (Canva or Adobe Express) for content creation will be highly regarded.
