CARMELITA is looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to lead our online growth strategy. In this role, you will oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations on Shopify, manage digital campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to boost brand visibility and revenue.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage Shopify store including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Analyze traffic, conversion, and ROI data to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement content strategies to enhance brand presence.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with design and development teams for site improvements.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and eâcommerce with Shopify proficiency.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Creative mindset with a dataâdriven approach.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
