Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics 4 and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Develop engaging content strategies for email marketing, social platforms, and website landing pages.
- Conduct thorough A/B testing on ad creatives and website elements to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and search engine algorithm updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in the Singapore market.
- In-depth hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Strong proficiency in social media advertising and content management systems (CMS).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear marketing strategies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
