Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-platform digital marketing campaigns (social media, SEO, SEM, email) to generate qualified leads
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and reporting tools to refine strategies based on KPIs
- Develop engaging content calendars and creative assets for digital channels aligned with brand guidelines
- Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms like Google Ads and social media channels
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages, CTAs, and email sequences to improve conversion rates

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven lead generation results
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and create actionable insights
