Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across SEO/SEM, email, and social media channels
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Develop data-driven content strategies including blogs, videos, and infographics
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social insights
- Optimize website conversion rates through A/B testing and UX improvements
- Coordinate with design teams to create visually compelling marketing assets
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports and strategic recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with proven campaign results
- Expertise in social media management and content creation tools
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, SEO tools, and marketing automation
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
- Exceptional written communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Experience in the travel/tech industry highly advantageous
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
