Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various social media platforms.
- Create, curate, and manage high-quality engaging content (text, image, and video) for digital channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, KPIs, CTR) and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic and paid traffic to company platforms.
- Collaborate with the sales and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all marketing collateral.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
- Manage email marketing newsletters and customer retention strategies to boost brand loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven work experience in a digital marketing role.
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent command of the English language with exceptional copywriting and communication skills.
- Proficient in basic graphic design or video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
