Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and monitor integrated digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEM, and display networks.
- Develop engaging content strategies to drive brand awareness and increase user traffic to the PG Mall platform.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and other reporting tools to provide actionable insights.
- Manage end-to-end social media accounts, including content calendars, community engagement, and crisis management.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams to produce high-quality visual and copy assets.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to optimize conversion rates (CRO).
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and platform algorithm updates to ensure competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or retail sector.
- Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate complex analytics into strategic improvements.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative thinker with an eye for design and copywriting best practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
