Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to achieve strategic objectives.
- Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) to improve organic rankings, drive traffic, and enhance user experience.
- Create compelling, engaging, and informative digital content, including website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters, aligned with brand guidelines and healthcare messaging.
- Manage and grow Assunta Hospital's social media presence across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), overseeing content calendars, engagement strategies, and community management.
- Plan, execute, and monitor paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media (e.g., Facebook Ads), ensuring optimal ROI and target audience reach.
- Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, particularly within the healthcare industry, to ensure Assunta Hospital remains at the forefront of digital innovation.
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments, including clinical services, patient relations, and IT, to ensure integrated marketing efforts and consistent brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a dedicated digital marketing role, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or service-oriented industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM strategies, Google Analytics, and managing paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads).
- Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to adapt tone and style for different digital platforms.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and an understanding of audience engagement best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) for content creation is a plus.
