Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms.
- Manage company social media channels to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and social insights to provide actionable reporting.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to create high-converting marketing collateral and content.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website traffic and organic search visibility.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media and other digital touchpoints.
- Identify new trends in digital marketing and suggest innovative strategies to keep Care Food Industries ahead of competitors.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in creative content creation and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
