The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating complex ad platforms, interpreting marketing data to extract actionable insights, and constantly experimenting with new creative assets and targeting parameters. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel paid ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to refine targeting strategies.
- Manage daily campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spend and maximum conversion performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates (CVR).
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and platform dashboards to provide actionable reports.
- Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-converting ad assets.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and emerging advertising technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in managing paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the digital marketing funnel and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
- Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for compelling visuals.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously under tight deadlines.
