As a Digital Marketing Executive specializing in performance and paid ads, you'll own end-to-end campaign execution across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. Drive measurable ROI by optimizing ad spend, analyzing performance data, and leveraging emerging platforms to capture high-intent audiences. Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad narratives while staying ahead of digital trends and algorithm updates. Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Xiaohongshu
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, conversions) to drive continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, visuals, and landing pages
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve KPI targets
  • Generate detailed performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders
  • Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, industry trends, and emerging ad technologies

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu
  • Proven ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and other key performance metrics
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights), and bid management systems
  • Strong data analysis skills with ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders
  • Creative mindset with ability to develop compelling ad narratives and visual concepts
