In this role, you will be the engine behind our customer acquisition strategy, managing end-to-end performance marketing campaigns that drive measurable business impact.

You will work closely with our strategy team to optimize conversion funnels, experiment with new acquisition channels, and iterate on campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) to meet aggressive customer acquisition targets.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, from budget allocation and creative brief creation to audience targeting and bid management.
- Continuously perform A/B testing on ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels to improve overall CPA and ROAS.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics and internal dashboards to provide actionable insights and monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure ad assets are high-performing and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and traffic acquisition channels.
- Implement tracking pixels and conversion tags to ensure accurate data collection and attribution.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related digital role.
- Hands-on experience managing paid social and search engine marketing (SEM) platforms.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and native ad platform reporting suites.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective ad copywriting and stakeholder management.
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- A curious learner who keeps up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and algorithm changes.
