- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to support regional business objectives.
- Oversee end-to-end ad operations, including campaign setup, tracking, monitoring, and optimization across multiple platforms.
- Manage budgets for paid media channels, ensuring optimal ROI and efficient allocation of marketing spend.
- Collaborate with local and regional teams to adapt marketing collateral and ensure consistency in brand messaging.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and performance reports for leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and channel diversification.
- Manage relationships with key ad-tech vendors and media partners to leverage latest industry technologies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on ad operations or performance marketing within the APAC region.
- Expert-level proficiency in Google Marketing Platform, Meta Business Manager, and programmatic display tools.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets into strategic recommendations.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns and delivering measurable growth.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of current digital advertising trends, privacy regulations, and tracking methodologies.
