As the Digital Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with our business goals. You will leverage channels such as SEO, SEM, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, and content creation to maximize brand visibility and customer engagement. Your analytical skills will be key in measuring campaign performance and optimizing ROI.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for a portfolio of brands to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Oversee and manage relationships with third-party agencies, ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
- Create and execute campaigns aimed at driving high-quality foot traffic to physical stores, using geo-targeted advertising and local SEO.
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing KPIs, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
- Manage budgets across digital channels, optimizing spend for maximum ROI.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and algorithm changes, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members to foster professional growth.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience managing multiple brands and working with third-party agencies.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in retail or consumer goods is a plus.
- Proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is an advantage.
