Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to achieve campaign objectives
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities
- Manage digital advertising budgets and optimize ROI across campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all digital initiatives
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing technologies and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
