Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership role
- Proven success in managing performance marketing and social media campaigns
- Expertise in KOL/influencer marketing and partnership development
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Excellent communication and team management capabilities
- Experience in Jakarta's digital marketing ecosystem preferred
