You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, design, and IT to ensure cohesive brand messaging while staying ahead of emerging digital trends and technologies.   • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with Accor's brand objectives and business goals
  • Manage end-to-end execution of digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize ROI and identify growth opportunities
  • Lead content creation strategy for digital channels, ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital initiatives with revenue targets
  • Stay current with digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the hospitality industry
  • Manage digital marketing budget and vendor relationships effectively

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 2 years in managerial role
  • Proven track record of developing successful digital campaigns in hospitality/luxury sector
  • Expertise in SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
