Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content marketing, display advertising).
- Lead the planning and execution of all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Oversee and manage the company's online reputation and brand presence.
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience (5+ years) in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and ad-serving tools.
- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
