We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives at PT THERMO TECH SOLUTIONS. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing data-driven digital campaigns that elevate brand awareness, drive high-quality traffic, and maximize sales conversions across multiple online channels.
Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will define the digital roadmap—spanning SEO/SEM, social media, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising—while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and provide actionable insights to continuously refine strategies. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and sales
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive organic growth
- Oversee social media channels (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to engage target audiences and build community
- Plan, implement, and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) within approved budget
- Analyze KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling copy, visuals, and multimedia assets
- Manage website content and UX improvements to enhance conversion rates and user satisfaction
- Identify emerging trends and competitive insights to continuously refine digital tactics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably with a focus on SEO/SEM and social media
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs)
- Demonstrated success in planning and managing paid campaigns with measurable ROI
- Excellent analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving abilities
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
- Experience in the technology or engineering solutions industry is a plus
