Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive customer acquisition
- Manage and optimize company website content and SEO to improve search engine rankings
- Oversee social media channels, creating engaging content and growing our online community
- Plan, execute, and analyze digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality marketing materials
- Monitor and report on KPIs, website analytics, and campaign performance
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing with proven results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging content
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions
- Experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is a plus
