Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM campaigns across Google, social media, and email platforms
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Lead content creation and curation for digital channels including blogs, social media, and email newsletters
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Manage digital marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of digital marketing experience with at least 1 year in a managerial role
- Proven expertise in SEO/SEM, social media marketing, and email automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative problem-solving mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
