Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
- Manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, curate, and optimize high-quality content that resonates with our target audience and boosts engagement.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Oversee SEO initiatives to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic to our platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on both performance and content strategy.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid advertising campaigns (Google/Meta) with clear ROI tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills with a keen eye for design and brand consistency.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and health-tech trends.
