Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email channels
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with budget optimization and performance tracking
- Create engaging content calendars and multimedia assets for brand storytelling
- Analyze campaign metrics using Google Analytics, GA4, and marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business objectives
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Optimize website UX and conversion rates through A/B testing and user behavior analysis
- Manage CRM systems and nurture customer journeys through personalized digital touchpoints
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven campaign management
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo) and analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and algorithm updates
- Experience with social media management and content creation tools
- Advanced data interpretation skills with ability to derive actionable insights
- Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot preferred
- Excellent written communication and creative problem-solving abilities
