Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Analyze campaign performance data using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall business objectives and brand identity.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective spend.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketers, providing guidance on best practices, performance metrics, and creative direction.
- Create detailed monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders, highlighting key achievements, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithm changes to keep the brand competitive in the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in performance marketing and paid advertising.
- Proven experience managing budgets and leading marketing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in using Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and SEO tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
