Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels including social media, email, and search engines
- Generate qualified leads through various online channels and nurture them through the sales funnel
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Create engaging content for various digital platforms including blog posts, social media updates, and email newsletters
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
- Sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics
