Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to drive optimization.
- Create engaging, SEO-friendly content for blogs, social media, and email newsletters.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets and creative assets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to stay ahead of the curve.
- Report on weekly and monthly KPIs, presenting actionable insights to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles and copywriting best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and solve problems effectively.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
