Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, captions, and short-form video scripts to drive brand awareness.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Engage with the online community by responding to inquiries and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.
- Collaborate with store operations to promote branch-specific offers and seasonal menu launches.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and food industry benchmarks to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage basic paid social media advertising budgets to ensure optimal reach and conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative content writing and graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).
- Proficient in Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and TikTok Creator Tools.
- Excellent command of English and Filipino (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure restaurant environment.
