Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email platforms
- Create engaging content for websites, blogs, and social channels to showcase dental services and expertise
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google/Facebook Ads) with budget optimization and ROI tracking
- Analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and adjust strategies based on data insights
- Collaborate with clinical teams to create patient-centric marketing materials and promotions
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities
- Implement email marketing automation for patient retention and referral programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in healthcare/dental industry
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SEO tools
- Strong analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign data and KPIs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Creative mindset with ability to develop compelling visual and written content
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel digital campaigns within budget
