Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and manage a robust social media content calendar across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
- Conceptualize, film, and edit engaging short-form and long-form video content to boost brand visibility.
- Monitor platform performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve engagement rates.
- Collaborate with the team to align social media initiatives with broader marketing objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
- Manage community interaction by responding to comments and messages to foster positive brand relationships.
- Execute creative ad campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and conversion.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong creative writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and voice for different platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Photoshop) are a strong advantage.
- Deep understanding of social media algorithms and content trends in the Malaysian market.
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
