Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer loyalty.
- Optimize content and ad campaigns for algorithmic success to drive high engagement rates across all social media platforms.
- Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, from conceptualization and budget management to performance reporting.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on ad creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate digital marketing initiatives with in-store promotional activities.
- Monitor and report on KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and platform algorithm updates.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2β3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns with measurable growth in engagement.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms (Meta, TikTok, Instagram) and SEO principles.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into creative strategy.
- Knowledge of the healthcare or retail pharmacy industry is considered a significant advantage.
