Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and optimize SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Create engaging content, including blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics and prepare weekly or monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visual assets for campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
- Manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEO tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills in English (and Bahasa Indonesia if applicable).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
